If you have any technical problems with purchasing, downloading,
installing or activating Choice! then please
contact us.
If you have not received your activation code within 24 hours of
paying please contact us quoting:
your name, your email address, the NetBanx payment reference number
(if you received an email from NetBanx), and the date of purchase.
Please note: The Netbanx payment reference is NOT an activation
code.
If you encounter any technical problems whilst using Choice!
then please refer to the accompanying help pages (especially the
Program and Error messages section). If your problem is still not
resolved then contact us.
Using Choice!
If you need help in using Choice! then please
consult the accompanying help pages. Most answers to problems will
be contained there. If you do have any further queries then please
contact us. We will endeavour to
answer any questions put to us, but we are unable to provide individual
career counselling to all.
